Whole Wheat Pancakes

Whole Wheat Pancakes / Waffles


2 C. Biscuit Mix

1 ½ C. Water

1 Can drained Corn

1 Egg

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1 tsp. Vinegar


Blend all wet ingredients in the blender. Add dry ingredients. Let mixture sit for a minute or two. Cook on non-stick skillet or waffle iron. Pancake should be measured with 1/3 cup.
