So You Forgot to Defrost

Makes 6 servings

6 boneless, skinless frozen chicken-breast halves

2 10 ¾ oz. cans cream of chicken soup

4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, or ½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms

¾ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper

1 cup milk


  1. Place frozen chicken in slow cooker.

  2. Mix together soup, mushrooms, salt, and pepper and pour over chicken.

  3. Cover. Cook of low 10-12 hours.

  4. Serve over rice.
