German Pancakes

German Pancake

½ C. Margarine (1 stick)
6 Eggs
1tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Flour
1 C. Milk
¼ C. Sugar
Dash of salt

Place stick of butter in a 9x13 pan and place in the oven while oven preheats to 350 degrees.

Put remaining ingredients into the blender and mix well.

Remove the pan from the oven. By now the butter should be completely melted. Pour egg mixture into the pan and place back in the oven for approximately 15? minutes or till light golden brown.

Allow to cool long enough so that you do not burn your mouth then serve.

6 servings -  10.5g protein per serving
