Pizza Dough
2 Tbsp. Yeast
2½ C. warm water
6 C. Whole Wheat Flour
3 Tbsp. oil
1½ tsp. salt
Knead 10 minutes in mixer. Let rise. Bake 400° 15-20 minutes. Top with favorites. Bake 5 minutes to heat. Use 2 extra large sheets.
These are recipes in which all or some of those in the Cannon family enjoy. Although some recipes may be quite unhealthy, for the most part, we try to eat relatively healthy. Some are more of our favorites than others, but we like all of these enough to make them another time.
