Apple Bread

Seth had asked me to make this again.
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbs milk
1/4 tsp vinegar
1 tsp baking powder
2 cup chopped apples
Optional Topping (mix together):
2 Tbs melted butter
2 Tbs flour
3 Tbs sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Procedure
1. Mix first six ingredients. Add milk, vinegar, baking powder and mix well. Fold in chopped apples.
2. Pour into a greased loaf pan and top with the mixed topping mixture.
3. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
Serves 12. Per Serving: Calories 235; Calories from fat 78(33%); Fat 9g; Carbohydrates 36g; Sugar 19g; Fiber 1g; Protein 6g
